Return Policy

Every product is guaranteed! If you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise purchased from Stepping Stones to Success, you may return it within 30 days from the invoice date. We will give you credit for the purchase price of the merchandise. Shipping charges are not refundable.

To receive credit for returned products, the returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. A copy of the invoice and a written explanation for the return must accompany the return. You are responsible for returning merchandise to us. Please call 719-545-0511 for an Authorization Return Number prior to returning any merchandise. Returns must be shipped prepaid to our address (preferably via UPS), securely packed and unopened (with shrink wrapping intact). Products returned outside the above guidelines will be refused.

Stepping Stones to Success reserves the right to evaluate the age, quality, kind and condition of any returned merchandise, which evaluation shall be final and shall govern the amount of credit issued; restocking fees may apply. Stepping Stones to Success assumes no responsibility for any merchandise lost or damaged during a return.
