Color Coded Labels

Bright, attractive and easy to read, the wrap-around numbers and letters feature Smead quality and are laminated to protect against smudging and cracking.

Alphabetic Labels

Alpha Z Alphabetic Labels are color coded to identify the first, second and third (optional) letter of the patient's last name. The larger Starter Kit (LAB-67100) is a roll desk model with Replacement Rolls of individual letters available. The smaller Start Kit (LAB-67170) is in a plastic desk file with indexes. Replacement Sheets of individual letters are available.
